The teen R&B group Divine comprised vocalists Nikki Bratcher, Kia Thornton and Tonia Tash. Signing to the Red Ant label, the group shot to overnight success in mid-1998 when their debut single "Lately" topped the Billboard pop charts just weeks after the trio graduated from high school.
