Daniel Tavis Romano (born 1985) is a Canadian musician and visual artist based out of Welland, Ontario, where he was born and raised. He has released material both as a solo artist and as a member of the band Attack in Black, and also as a frequent collaborator with other musicians, including City and Colour, Julie Doiron and Frederick Squire.
Romano is also a partner in his own independent record label, You've Changed Records, along with his Attack in Black bandmate Ian Kehoe and Steve Lambke of Constantines.
He also designed the cover art for Attack in Black's first album, Marriage. He has also designed t-shirts and posters for M. Ward, Ben Kweller, Ladyhawk and City & Colour.
Romano's 2011 album Sleep Beneath the Willow was named a longlisted nominee for the 2011 Polaris Music Prize.
