Bill Gentry

Bill Gentry is an American country music singer and businessman. He is the creator and namesake of Wild Bill's of Duluth, Georgia, the largest country music hall in North America. Early life and educationGentry grew up on a cattle farm in Carrollton, Georgia. He is an alumnus of the Georgia 4-H Program, winning the organization's highest honor for a prize hog named Chuckles. He graduated from Reinhardt University with a joint degree in classical music and political science. He was an academic intern for United States Senator Sam Nunn in Washington, D.C. before returning to Georgia to pursue a career in business. Country music careerAfter a successful career as a businessman, Gentry formed 35 Cent Rodeo in 1997 to begin his career in country music.
