Andy Moor (born 16 January 1980) is a trance and progressive Producer DJ. He has used multiple aliases in the past (Dub Disorder, Dwight van Man, Sworn) and has been part of Indigo, Leama & Moor, Lewis & Moor, Tilt, Whiteroom, and Zoo DJ's. Moor was nominated for a Grammy Award in December 2007, for his remix of Canadian artist Delerium with "Angelicus" featuring vocals from Isabel Bayrakdarian. He has also featured highly in the world's biggest DJ poll by DJ Magazine which is voted on by Dance music fans, gaining 50th in 2005, 30th 2 years consecutively in 2006 and 2007, 18th in 2008, 15th in 2009, 32nd in 2010 and 50th in 2011.
Andy Moor also won "Best Trance Track" at the 2006 International Dance Music Awards at the Winter Music Conference in Miami and "Best Trance Track" and "Best Producer" in 2004. Andy Moor is known for mixing Progressive house music and trance and is one of the pioneers of various techniques, such as vocal chops, and a big bassline that was previously unheard of within trance.
He has also produced and remixed tracks for other artists, including Paul Oakenfold, Brian Eno, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren and Arthur Baker, among others.
Andy Moor was classically trained in multiple instruments from a young age. Andy Moor broke onto the scene with his first track in 1999, after producing many of Baroque Records early music. Andy has been Djing since he was 13 years old and is known for his technical and musical mixing ability
Moor Music is the name of Andy Moor's Podcast and Radio Show, aired on Digitally Imported and Sirius XM Radio in North America every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Moor Music is known for its loyal 'cult' following and lack of talking over the music, giving listeners a one hour long mix every 2 weeks. The show, as with Andy's own musical style, takes on many different styles of Trance and Progressive music and is built as a reflection of what Andy's fans can expect to hear him play in his own sets.
Andy Moor is the founder of AVA Recordings and has been running the label since 2006. The label releases a variety of Electronic Music styles and has signed artists such as Ashley Wallbridge,tyDi, Joonas Hahmo, David West, Orkidea, Steve May, Damien Heck and, of course Andy Moor himself.

In 2009 Andy co-founded Jam DJ Management and later joined the agency as an artist. Jam DJ Management look after his worldwide bookings outside of North America whilst Circle Management handle his North American schedule
