Aaron J Curtis
He has been in, around, learning & involved in music since the tender age of 7. His mother always enjoys telling people that the "Organ" was the 1st thing she bought that Aaron didn't break. Aaron is a composer, music producer and a classically trained pianist. His passion for music is unparallelled.
His past musical experiences include touring Asia as part of a band alongside artists such as Christine Anu, Human Nature, Color Me Bad, Denny Hines, Tommy Emmanuel and as part of a band has been support act for James Brown, Shaggy, Earth Wind & Fire, Marsha Hines and Peter Andre.
Aaron has also played with pop star "Peter Andre" and did some brass arrangements on his huge hit remake of “Get Down On It” by Kool And The Gang.
Before being known as Aaron J, he's been on the following Australian Tv shows in the past as part of ilanda(no longer together): Home and Away, Hey Hey Its Saturday & the Keri Anne Kennely Midday Show.
He also has co-producer, additional production, writing & arrangement credits on one of ilanda's albums & singles. Additionally Australian funk bigband The Grand Wazoo did a remake of a song written by Aaron called "Missing You".
Back in 1998 the Australian Songwriters Association ran their semi regular national songwriting competition, Aaron was awarded 2nd prize for his song "Missing You".
Aaron's music has also been used in Tv & internet, in 2012 one of his songs was used in the Suzuki Braveheart TV ad.
